This vacation home is the top half of a duplex. It is a very well cared for 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home located approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the green Pleasure Pier and downtown Avalon. Two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the other two bedrooms each have a set of bunk beds and new carpet recently installed. If needed, the living room has a queen sofa sleeper. In addition to the full bath, there is also a half bath located beyond the kitchen. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, this home offers a 40-inch flat panel UHD 4K Smart TV in the living room, a wood burning fireplace, wireless internet and washer/dryer. This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

The property was comfortable enough and a good location for our party of 6. Front bedroom has a broken window with shards still remaining - so unable to use that bedroom. Some of the drapes are tattered and need to be replaced. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prepare meals. Vons market is across the street. Some of the windows are missing screens.
