There's a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, modern furnishings, laundry service, large backyard, and perhaps the best of all, a private wrap-around rooftop terrace and balcony views from both bedrooms. There is one large TV only in the master bedroom. There are 35 stairs going up from the street level.

This property comes with the complimentary use of a 4 passenger golf cart.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day)

Our family celebrated 4th of July in Catalina and was lucky enough to be the first guests in this amazing penthouse condo for 6. The private outdoor courtyard was so great. We grilled, lounged and listened to music. It’s quite a walk up the street so complimentary use of the golf cart was great and allowed us to see a lot more on the island without the extra cost or inconvenience of renting a cart on an hourly rate. We will definitely be returning. Everything was 5 star. My only recommendation is a couple of non stick frying pans. We were very impressed with the furnishings and amazing views from the bedrooms. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.
