Welcome to 339 Claressa – Avalon Home

This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom home was recently remodeled and is located walking distance from the beach, grocery store, restaurants and shops.
Living area features great light and modern amenities perfect for your family or group of friends island getaway.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has continental bunk beds (Double bed on the bottom and Twin on top). There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

The kitchen has brushed stainless appliances, coffee bar and this restored home is very inviting. WIFI is also included. 339CL

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2-night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3-night minimum mid-June through Labor Day)

This cottage was perfect. Such a relaxing stay on the island. Walkable to everything you need and all the fun things you can do! My family of four was comfortable and especially enjoyed all the amenities available to us. We definitely plan on coming back again. Highly recommend!

My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the location was excellent. We never rented a golf cart and just walked everywhere.

We had three children ages 12-15 with us. We felt a bit tight at times but who doesn’t on most vacations? This kitchen was so well stocked, including seasons, oils, baggies, foil, etc. We had problem with the blow up mattress on the fold out as it had a slow leak and property management stated that they would take care of it immediately. Easy locations to walk everywhere.

Had a great time staying at this property. It wasn't too far from the beach and we really enjoyed walking through the streets getting there. The house had everything we needed!

The house is small, but everything is prefect. Very well designed and thought out. Great location on the flats. I would not have more than 4 people in the house (we had 3). I didn’t have a chance to cook or do laundry, but the kitchen is very nice. It is a wonderful spot in Avalon!
