Located right across from Avalon Harbor, this one bedroom home is the upper half of a duplex. It sleeps 4, with a queen bed in the bedroom, as well as 2 sofa sleepers in the living room. The large deck overlooks Avalon Bay and the harbor. The kitchen is well equipped, and the living room offers comfortable seating and a dining table for indoor dining or game nights. There are 36 steps up to this home, and the view is worth every one of them. Come and enjoy the “new” 718 Crescent! This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

Clean and comfortable unit with an exceptional view. Great deck for relaxing. Very short walk to all the action in Avalon. Definitely will be back. Rental company was very accommodating with late check out.

Clean. Awesome place to relax. Glad we stayed. The building next door has a fan on the roof but it is white noise. Minor I would stay again.

This place has a million dollar view. Very nicely updated decor and kitchen. Great location. It’s small but well worth it with the view and patio. I could not be happier with this place. We can’t wait to come back again and stay here next year.

This property was everything I expected/wanted. Big patio with a beautiful view, clean, easy access.

The office to check in/out isn't too close, but not terribly far either. I'd suggest leaving someone with your luggage near the property and sending someone else to check in/out rather than dragging it around the island.

Definitely plan on staying here again.
