A wood burning fireplace in living room and fully equipped kitchen with new granite counter tops. Tile flooring.

Additional features: There are two roll away twin beds for extra sleep.

This condo also offers the following features: 36” wide doors to master bedroom and both bathrooms for better wheelchair accessibility; grab bars and suction-cup, skid-resistant floor mats for shower and bath tub; a shower bench and toilet hand support (both normally stored in closet); and smooth floors.

Occupants of Bahia Vista Condos subject to Owners Association Rules & Regulations. NOTE: All amenities, including pool and Jacuzzi are currently closed and will be closed through the end of 2023 at the discretion of Bahia Vista Homeowners Association.

This property was very clean . The beds could use some pads , but they were comfortable enough . Everything is close in Avalon so walking isn’t an issue.
