This is a two bedroom, two and a half bath, warmly decorated condo located on the pool level. Both bedrooms and two baths are on the second floor, which is accessed by an open staircase. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed with trundle. The main floor has a twin bed tucked under the staircase, as well as a half bath. Beautiful tropical wall decor, linoleum floors in in the kitchen and baths, and carpeting throughout the remainder of the condo. A total of 1233 SF.

***Bahia Vista complex is currently getting some updates on the common areas and there will be construction noise during the month of August 2023.***

Occupants of Bahia Vista Condos subject to Owners Association Rules & Regulations.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules.

The property worked great for our group as it had a room with a queen bed and a twin trundle bed for the parents and kids. Property was clean and was a nice distance from the main part of town but is on a busy street with lots of golf cart noise until 10 or 11 at night.
