RECENTLY REMODELED CONDO

This top level condo is a colorful, contemporary and fun place to stay. Walking distance to Avalon’s restaurants, shops and beach yet away from the crowds, it is a perfect place for a couple seeking an island retreat. The large balcony, which can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom, features views of Avalon Casino and harbor. It is furnished with lounge seating and a raised height dining table to enjoy the panorama. This condo features a large flat panel TV and DVD player in the living room. The bedroom features a Cal King memory foam bed as well as a flat screen TV with DVD player. This vacation home also offers wireless internet access, a propane BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen. A total of 749 square feet. C58

Occupants of Bahia Vista Condos subject to Owners Association Rules & Regulations. NOTE: All amenities, including pool and Jacuzzi are currently closed and will be closed through the end of 2023 at the discretion of Bahia Vista Homeowners Association.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

Maximum Occupancy: 2 people / Bedroom 1: Cal King bed

***Bahia Vista complex is currently getting some updates on the common areas and there will be construction noise during the month of August 2023.***

NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules.
You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.

The property is perfect for a couple. The decor is lovely. The outside deck provides space to enjoy meals, relax and barbecue if you wish. Great location, its a five minute walk to Avalon.

The accommodations were great. Super clean and modern decor. We enjoyed the balcony and view the most! The only piece to keep in mind is that there are many flights of stairs, and while there is an elevator, you still need to use the stairs part of the way up. It’s not wagon friendly. Also while it’s near the grocery store, a golf cart would have made our trip much easier with our kids given all the walking. We wished it came with one and ended up getting a few taxis.

Loved our stay. Awesome views. Great location, just a short walk from boardwalk.

Only problem we had was that neighbors smoked marijuana so we had to leave balcony area and close windows. Other than that it was a very pleas a t stay. We would stay there again

My husband and I stayed from Friday-Monday. Cute decor! Very centrally located to main section of town and main beach. Super walkable location. We loved sipping coffee on the patio in the morning and enjoying the sunsets in the evening! We also loved taking a quick dip in the pool after a long day at the beach. Only a couple of downsides, even though there is an elevator, if you bring lots of stuff (like we did in a calapsable wagon) there are a lot of stairs and the bathroom could use some updating to be inline with the style of the rest of the place. But all in all we would totally stay here again!

Pros: pool, coffee maker, balcony, grill, kitchen, dishwasher, books, price

Cons: no AC (was listed in description on VRBO but was fine without it), hard to sleep due to the facility lighting from elevator outside the condo, also check out was at 10 am but stated 11am on VRBO.

Overall great place and would recommend.
