Welcome to Hamilton Cove Villa 18-72

This very spacious corner villa offers a large balcony that wraps around two sides of the villa, providing sunny, full views of the ocean and Hamilton Cove community. The balcony may be accessed from the master suite and the great room via French doors, as well as from the front door. This villa has an open floor plan for the kitchen, living and dining areas, as well as tile floors throughout. You will find a 55-inch flat panel TV in the living room along with a DVD player. Each of the three bedrooms also has its own flat panel TV. The large master bedroom has a Cal king bed, sitting area, and very spacious en suite bath with a tub and shower. The second bedroom also has a Cal king bed and an en suite bath with a shower, and the third bedroom has twin beds. The third bath is in the hall near the twins bedroom and next to the laundry closet. 6-passenger golf cart, just 20 steps to the road, free WiFi and a total of 1861sqft. H18-72

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

Per HOA regulations, NO PETS ALLOWED, no exceptions! NO PARTIES and NO OUTDOOR MUSIC OR NOISE allowed at any level at any time, please be mindful of your neighbors. Violations of these rules can result in fines from the HOA and may result in immediate eviction from property without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August).

This property was well kept with excellent beds, linens and kitchen supplies. We loved the quietness, the view, and the condition of the condo. We were disppointed that the pool wasn't open, but we understood that both the earliness of the season and Covid affected that. There are 2 suggestions that we would have made: a selection of smaller bowls, glasses and plates is one. Also, the 6 passenger golf cart was a great convenience, but it needs some maintenance, especially with seats belts. All in all we highly recommend this condo.

This property exceeded all expectations. The location was serene, the view was spectacular, and all amenities provided made for a very comfortable stay. The golf cart provided made transportation convenient and the added safety measure of the gated community added even greater peace of mind to an already relaxing weekend. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. **VRBO GUEST**
