The villa’s living area is comfortable with its clean, open space design and fireplace. The kitchen with plentiful counter space is more than suitable for socializing while preparing meals. The bedrooms are stylish with functional furniture to provide comfort and furniture to provide comfort. ONLY 19 STEPS.

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (3 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted).

Beautiful and tranquil location with a million dollar view from the wide, semi-private balcony. We had a very enjoyable stay with our two teen children and we all enjoyed the new 4 seater golf car which we drove around Avalon to beautiful and scenic coastal viewpoints. The large, two bedroom condo was very comfortable and we all slept well in the king sized beds . We enjoyed making brunch each morning in the kitchen and eating out on the balcony which had 3 bistro style tables. The unit has a washer and dryer and we appreciated that the owners provided laundry detergent. The condo is slightly dated and could use a handyman’s touch here and there, but that did not detract much from the enjoyment of our stay. Lastly, the management team definitely gets 5 stars. They were always responsive and tried to accommodate our every request, including a late check out, as our ferry did not depart until later in the day. All in all a great vacation experience!

The Catalina vacations company did a great job making our stay wonderful. They worked. hard to correct a situation beyond their control. We loved the beautiful villa and enjoyed the hospitality of everyone we met.
