Hamilton Cove Villa 8-94

Unwind and enjoy the spectacular ocean views from this beautifully appointed villa. Relax on one of the two balconies looking over the Pacific; the side balcony is private and has a propane BBQ. Just a quick walk to the pool, spa, gym and croquet court! There are only 7 steps to the road!!The washer/dryer are conveniently located in a small laundry room just outside the front door of the villa. The villa comes with the use of a complimentary golf cart.

There is no air conditioning available for this property.

Maximum Occupancy: 4 people / Bedroom 1: King bed | Living Room: Futon bed

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables).

NO smoking, NO parties/events.
NO PETS ($300/day fine) allowed per HOA rules.

You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.

This Villa 8-94 was the absolute best stay we've had on the Island. Everything was clean and well thought out. The view is countless and priceless.

My girlfriend and I couldn't have asked for better accommodations. From arrival to departure everything was top notch. The communication before arrival was excellent. When we had questions the response was prompt. The condo itself felt like home. We had everything we needed to cook at home plus there are already some spices in the pantry. The views from the balcony were spectacular. I really enjoyed just relaxing out there watching the ocean. I'll come back and book through Catalina Vacations again!

Great location. Great view. Great time. Easy check-in and responsive host. Very large space. Nice touch to include the golf cart. Would definitely stay again.
