The master bedroom has a Cal-King bed and en-suite full bathroom, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and the queen sofa sleeper is in the living room. The second bathroom is adjacent to bedroom two. You will find a 50-inch flat panel TV in the living room and an additional 32-inch flat screen on the master bedroom. Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August).

We were there 4 of us, two couples, old friends, and we had a great time. The unit definitely would deserve a 5 star after some TLC, such as fixing the dishwasher and replacing the carpet. Outside, there are only three chairs for both the bar table and the dining table. Physically handicapped people should not rent this unit because there are a lot of steps (I counted 75) going up to the unit, but we did not mind it; it was a good exercise (there are no elevators). **VRBO GUEST**

We did not spend much time inside. Light switches were fussy and outlets were finicky but more importantly, beds were comfortable and space was great for 6 people. The golf cart was a perfect addition! Cannot beat the view. We will be back! **VRBO GUEST**
