Welcome to Villa 69 in building 1!

This villa offers full ocean views with French doors that open to the balcony from the living room and both bedrooms. With the queen sofa sleeper, it may sleep up to six, so it's a great value for two or three couples or a family. There are three large flat panel TVs in the villa, as well as free wireless internet. Use the well supplied kitchen to serve up snacks or meals to your family; all you have to do is swing by the local VONS to pick up your food items. Enjoy the beautiful ocean views from the Master Bedroom that now has a King size bed. This villa offers the complimentary use of a 4-passenger limo style golf cart, which is parked in space 69 above the property. 52 stairs to the road. 1050 SF H169

There is no air conditioning available for this property.

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August).

Great property! Amazing views. Facilities at the condo were great. The kids loved the pool and mini golf course. Having the golf cart was essential for getting around the island

Beautiful property. Would be exceptional if check in was earlier and /or checkout later. I get that cleaning time is needed, but it makes for a long wait in town.

We had a really great stay in this property. We had a little trouble locating the unit and the golf cart but once we did we enjoyed being there. The views from the balcony are spectacular. We used the golf cart to explore the island. Would recommend this condo for an unforgettable getaway!

Such an amazing experience at this villa. The views are the absolute best ever. Feels like you're in Greece. The patio was beautiful, with lovely views of the CA coast and sunrise. Has all the amenities you'd need and kitchen is fully stocked. Just note that there's a few flights of stairs if you have trouble getting up and down. The golf cart was great to have too. 5 star experience!

The property was clean and had great views from the balcony. The golf cart was a nice perk but our cart was pretty dirty and needed to be cleaned before we used it. We noticed that several doors entering the unit both from the road and the patio were unlocked when we arrived. It also appeared that the unit hadn't be used for some time and needed a good airing out. I would definitely stay there again but would request a unit with fewer steps to climb to get out to the road.

Great location on Avalon for a family get away but at this price, I would expect better quality bed mattresses and better quality sofa bed. If you are advertising the place for 6 people, 6 people should have comfortable and cozy beds to sleep in. Sofa bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever seen and the mattresses on the other beds were not great either as everyone had tough time sleeping.
Apart from that, the apartment was well cleaned and had all amenities including a gold cart.

The condo offered a fabulous ocean view. It was spacious, quiet and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you'd need to cook any meal you'd like. The golf cart was invaluable and allowed us to tour Avalon and go to the grocery store whenever we wanted. We had a problem with the BBQ, but maintenance fixed it within an hour of calling them.

This place is AMAZING! I will come back for sure! The views were to die for and the large deck was perfect. It was fully equipped and we bbq and had a great time! The golf cart was perfect so we could drive into town for breakfasts and shopping. I would tell all my friends to stay here!

WONDERFUL! The Hamilton Cove is a peaceful oasis from the busy village of Avalon, but only minutes away by golf cart. Mornings are so quiet and beautiful, coffee on the balcony looking at the ocean -- splendid! The condo is very comfortable, with great beds/pillows, newly redone baths with great showers, a well-equipped kitchen. the balcony runs the length of the condo, so each bedroom has a door to the terrace and can hear the ocean. The golf cart is included, and worked really well to zip around. Three or four short flights of stairs to the condo--not difficult, and sort of fun because the condos are truly layered up onto the hillside, all with great views.
Avalon is lovely -- an old world hollywood vibe still lives there and great history. We hiked up into the hills--all of the sudden its a rugged wilderness of scrub and birds and near-desert landscape (get a permit, some great hikes!). The food in Avalon is great--plenty of real-foodie opportunities--try NDMK for authentic, delicious seafood and simple, casual setting (they have their own fishing boats in the harbor). Steve's Steakhouse has a delicious crab! And check out Afishinados for original island art and gifts. We also did the Catalina Zip Line -- wow! 5 lines, so so fun. All in all, a wonderful place to vaca -- thank you!

We’ve tried many units at Hamilton Cove. They typically have one great bedroom and one small, noisy bedroom. This unit has two bedrooms that face the view with big French doors that open out, so it’s perfect for two couples. The kitchen is nicely stocked with plenty of plates, utensils and cooking pots. The unit is clean and nicely kept up. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view from balcony! Overall a nice property with great amenities and loved having a larger balcony. Quiet neighborhood and so helpful that the golf cart was included. Loved that the kitchen was stocked with every accessory you would need and loved the extra bonus of having a closet full of games and beach and pool toys. Perfect for families! Would recommend staying here.

Our family had such an amazing time. This property was clean, in a great location and had an amazing view. It was our first time to the island, and we all agreed we want to come back next summer but stay longer and try and book the same unit. It was everything the description said clean, peaceful, beautiful and the beds were comfortable. There were side lattices that gave you privacy from our neighbors which was wonderful too. Absolutely no complaints. We can't wait to go back.

We could have sat out on the balcony all day, it offers such great views. This particular villa is closer to the water than others, so even better views. Hamilton Cove in and of itself is a great property. It is very close to town and only takes about 10 minutes on the golf cart to get there. I would highly recommend staying at this resort. Our villa in particular had both bedrooms with ocean views and balcony doors, was amazing!

We loved the house, a few too many stairs, but loved that it came with a golf cart so we didnt have to spend so much on a cab going back and forth from downtown. It was well stocked with all the kitchen gadgets you could need, movies, blankets and towels. Also had a good assortment of water toys and sports equipment. **VRBO GUEST**
