Welcome to Hamilton Cove Villa 2-42!

This stunning 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa is in a great location and sleeps 4 people. It has fantastic ocean views from both inside at the dining table or out on the shared balcony. The interior features beautiful furniture and decor, a fully equipped kitchen, with bar seating for a casual meal or a round dining table that sits under a fantastic skylight. Relax on the plush sectional couch by the wood burning fireplace or on the secondary couch that doubles as a sofa sleeper. French doors open to the large balcony from the main living area, for you to relax and enjoy the views and ocean breeze.

The bedroom has it's own television, a sliding door closet, a comfy king bed, and an adjustable shade that provides an optional view to the rest of the villa. The bathroom includes a separate shower and bathtub, a dual sink vanity, and wraparound mirrors. Other amenities include WIFI, a 4 passenger golf cart, and patio seating on the balcony. There is no air conditioning available for this property.

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August).

Perfect location, in the center of Hamilton Cove complex with totally unobstructed views. Very nice furniture. Great patio, glorious in the morning. Cove or condo amenities would have been helpful.

Great unit. The only suggestion would be to have more drink ware and utensils so we could wait longer before running the dishwasher (due to water conservation). Would definitely return. Thank you!

We have stayed in Tahiti, Hawaii, and all over the California, Oregon, and Washington coast in waterfront rentals. But nothing tops this one. The location is perfect. The view is amazing and beautifully framed. The mirrored walls make the space appear much larger and allow you to see the ocean from all spaces. The kitchen is nicely appointed and it saved our family of four a lot of money to dine in. We had coffee and wine on the porch and saw seals, dolphins, and an amazing array of birds. We are extremely pleased with our stay, the quality of the rental, and our visit to Catalina. A beautiful place to vacation.

The pictures of the place are spot on. It is very bright and airy with ocean view windows everywhere. The vaulted ceilings make the place look and feel much larger than a 1 bedroom. Very clean and beautiful unit.

The location is great because you can get easily into town with the golf cart and then relax away from the crowd in your beautiful condo. The pool and hot tub are welcoming after a long day of activities. There is a grill if you want to cook yourself. I would definitely come back to this place again.

Two tips, the place has stairs only. If you have problems walking, it might be a problem. Bring your own ground coffee. There is none provided. There is a brand new Vons in town that is amazing. Has everything you could possibly need.

This condo is beautifully decorated - very clean, white. Lovely layout with a nice view from the bedroom and the pull out sofa has its own separate room that can be closed off with a curtain and has double doors leading to the deck and incredible views. The Condo is a great location - close to clubhouse and pool.
