This vacation home is the lower unit of a duplex on Catalina Island and is comprised of a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, closet and a full bath, plus a guest bedroom with a king-size bed, closet and 3/4 bathroom.

The back bedroom has a separate sliding glass door to the outside covered patio for private access. Relax outside on the patio with plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone, BBQ and extra space great for those island summer nights!

The open floor living space area features a seating area, smart tv and a queen sofa sleeper and a sliding door inviting light inside. Enjoy the large kitchen which features brand-new cabinets and countertops, fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and cooking utensils which makes it an ideal gathering spot to cook and entertain simultaneously.
