THE HOUSE
The open living space offers comfortable furnishings and lots of seating for relaxing. After a day at the beach, unwind while watching TV with your group or curl up with a good book on the private patio - perfect for catching some rays or enjoying your morning coffee.
Cook at home with the home's fully equipped kitchen, plenty of counters, a 6-Burner Gas Rangetop, double oven, dishwasher, and all the cooking essentials. Enjoy your meals at the 6-person dining table when you don't feel like eating out!

It’s easy to love being outside at this cozy Catalina Island vacation rental with a large private deck that includes an outdoor dining table, lounge chairs for sunny days and a gas grill, so get ready to cook outdoors!

No smoking is allowed inside or outside the property –No pets- NO EXCEPTIONS! YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD MINIMUM TO RENT THIS HOME.
Available on a nightly basis (3 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 4-night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

It's hard to pick a place to rent when you aren't familiar with the area. But this home was true to it's description. We had 7 adults and 2 others staying elsewhere that joined us. The community areas are spacious with plenty of room for everyone including the kitchen/dining area, the outdoor patio table and 2 indoor seating areas on both floors. Un update on other reviews: there was a new coffee pot (but needed to purchase coffee), the BBQ wasn't working, but property managers were responsive and provided BBQ (tho we ended up not using). The home is on a bit of a hill, so we appreciated the very nice and fairly new electric golf cart. The primary bedroom and shower is very nice. Downstairs there is a bathroom w/ a somewhat small shower--but we managed. There was a strange noise coming from a locked downstairs room which we determined was a tankless water heater that was bothersome at times, but once we figured it out didn't lose any sleep over it. This home was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the village area. I would definitely stay here again.

The home was beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need to make meals and . The stairs were a little steep for my 1 year old so that was my only draw back of the home but this house is perfect otherwise. The golf cart was perfect to get around the island, definitely a plus, since the house is on a hill. But the property is close to mostly everything.

We come to Catalina every year but hadn’t been as a family since 2019. This property was perfect for our group. We had a great time. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. All of the beds and couches were very comfortable. Weather was warm, but there were plenty of fans. The golf cart made grocery shopping a lot easier. Would definitely stay here again.
