The first floor features a large living room with a flat screen TV, a wood burning fireplace, and plenty of seating for everyone in the house. The dining area provides seating for 8 and a sliding door that opens to the BBQ area. Visit delicious local restaurants or create amazing meals in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a full bathroom with shower and tub for easy access on the first floor.

Upstairs, you’ll find all four bedrooms and there is one set of stairs on each side of the house for easy access. The first bedroom coming up from the living room, offers a queen size beds and half bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed, medium size closet and small TV. Third bedroom includes a queen size bed and comfortable sofa for reading or relaxing anytime of the day. Fourth bedroom offers a queen bed with small closet.

Just two blocks from Front Street, there's no better choice for your upcoming Catalina Island retreat! This Avalon house is within walking distance of the main grocery store (Von’s), only three blocks from the beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife.

The house was close to the beach. Check in was easy. It’s exactly what was described and we had a great time. We need to check in a little early and check out a little later and they were very accommodating. They were quick to reply to any messengers I sent and seemed very friendly. It was affordable given the location.

First time staying in an Airbnb. My experience was amazing. This home Accommodate my entire family. I love that there was four bedrooms. affordable rates. It had everything we could of possibly needed. Close to shops and beach. I will definitely be coming back.

It was a nice place and in a good area. The only so so thing I can say is the sofas need upgrading. There were no bins to throw out the trash. Other than that my family and I had a blast.

Check in process was not that easy. I did not know where to pick up keys. I called the number listed and it connected me to Palm Springs. She did help me get to where I needed to go so that was a relief. At the end couldn’t find the trash cans.

As with all homes in the area, it is older but was clean and comfortable. Everything worked like it should and with 6 adults and 2 kids, it had enough room for everyone. A short walk to the heart of Avalon, restaurants, tours and 2 minutes walk from Vons grocery store made it a perfect location. No views from this location but you’re going to pay more if you want to stay somewhere that has a view. Note that it has one and a half baths.

Very fair value for the location. We were happy with this property.
