Welcome to Hamilton Cove Villa 10-68

This lovely villa is located on the second level above the grassy bluff looking out over the cove and more. Enjoy full ocean views from every room except the second bedroom and bath. French doors open onto the spacious balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. Just a few of the many great features include limestone tile flooring and countertops, a 52 inch flat panel TV and wood burning fireplace in the living room, a 26 inch flat panel TV in each bedroom, one AC unit (in the living room) and a second private balcony off the dining area for barbecuing. The villa comfortably sleeps two couples, plus there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, if needed. Another bonus is that this villa may be accessed without using the 8 exterior steps by using the walkway at the other end of building and walking through the interior corridor to Villa 68. A total of 977 sq. ft. H1068

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August).

Great location and absolutely beautiful views. Condo is clean and bright, and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Lovely, relaxing spot for our family of four. Recommend!

We loved our stay at Hamilton Cove for our 5th anniversary, it’s so relaxing to just sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean sounds and view. I’ll add a few of the things I tend to wonder about ahead of time. There are hair dryers in each restroom along with small shampoo/conditioner/soap toiletries and lots of towels. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked and had pretty decent knives which is nice because we cook at least a couple meals during our stays. Anything you don’t have, you can find at the Vons in town which is maybe a 10 minute drive via the golf cart provided with the stay. I see other reviews about the golf cart being older and it is but we got around just fine. We contacted the office twice during our stay regarding check in and out and the staff were friendly and super helpful. Will definitely continue to stay here for our anniversary again.

The perfect vacation. Only an hour away from home to paradise. Great accommodations. Very attentive staff. Just what we were looking for in a quick get away from the city. Already booked our room for a winter getaway.

We've wanted to stay in this building ever since we started coming to Hamilton Cove. We spend a lot of time down at the beach area and it was so convenient having our place right there. The place is beautiful and has pretty much everything you need. Loved going to sleep hearing the crashing of the waves from the master room. One thing I must point out to the owner is the golf cart. When going up hills, I could walk faster than the cart. It was sooooo slow going up the hills but coming down it was like being at the Indy 500. We had to let everyone go by us when going up the hills. Also, you had an iron to use but no ironing board. We hope we get lucky to get this place again. So beautiful and perfect space. Thank you!

We lucked out with this unit in Hamilton Cove for my 60th Birthday. I could not have asked for a more comfortable, clean, quiet place to celebrate.
The view was impeccable from the front balcony. We were able to sit outside and relax while we enjoyed cocktails and snacks and listened to music. In the evening, we sat in the very comfortable living room and talked or watched TV by the fireplace. With the balcony doors open, we would listen to the waves crash on the beach. On a couple of nights for dinner. we barbecued on the 2nd balcony,
which also has a view. The kitchen has all the necessary cookware, dish ware, glassware and utensils. The master bedroom has French doors that open on to the balcony as well. We would leave the door open to get the refreshing breeze while we slept. The Golf Cart was new and included in the price. We were able to get into town and enjoy the shops and eateries. We cannot wait to come back to this unit. Catalina Vacation Rentals could not have been more accommodating. We wish we were staying longer.

This is a great unit with a fantastic view. You can’t go wrong, subject to the following: (1) the master bed squeaks a lot (just rolling over it squeaks); (2) the unit had a bad smell coming from the garbage disposal area - we did everything we could to fix the smell over 4 nights, but it still smelled when we left, I think as the season goes on it will be fine. (3) The golf cart is on its last legs. When renting in Hamilton Cove, a reliable golf cart is a must. The unit’s golf cart literally had to be pushed with my foot to get going (push the gas and the engine clutch wouldn’t engage) and had terrible rattles and noises coming from the engine compartment. It got to a point we just used a different golf cart since we had family staying in other units. I told the vacation rental managers this and they didn’t seem surprised and seemed to know it’s a problem. We will rent this unit again and you should to, but only if the golf cart is refurbished or replaced. I will certainly verify that before renting again.

The property is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. The views from the balconies were exquisite and we found ourselves just wanting to hang out on the balcony, relax and enjoy the view. Would stay here again.

Great villa, easy check in / check out. Taxi driver called for us by Oranj Palm was great. Golf cart was a little older but did it’s job well. Overall a great relaxing experience.

We had a great time with beautiful views from 10-68. The grandkids loved that we had a golf cart to get around the island. Hamilton Cove has great amenities like the pool and jacuzzi, clean and well maintained. The amenities at our condo were well maintained and the decor was beautiful; the beds very comfortable!

This is the third time we stayed in this unit. The location couldn’t be better. The owner has upgraded the kitchen and is now so much better supplied with pots and pans to cook making our stay a great experience. My favorite is sleeping with the door open listening to the waves.
