Beautiful Hamilton Cove villa! You will enjoy easy access (only 11 steps) to this villa with a full ocean view from the living room, kitchen, dining nook, master bedroom, and private balcony. With the vaulted ceilings and lots of windows, this villa has a very light and open feel and a comfortable island décor. Both bedrooms have California King beds. You will find wood or tile floors throughout villa, a wood burning fireplace, and a 32-inch flat panel TV and DVD player in the living room. The limo style, 4-passenger golf cart is parked in space 80. 1050 sq. ft. H180

There is no air conditioning available for this property.

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August).
