Catalina Island is celebrating the LGBTQ+ community and allies with a super friendly and fun weekend in Avalon, California. The main event will take place at Wrigley Stage on front street and includes live entertainment as well as a pride walk in support of the LGBTQ+ community, with a late-night after party.
The weekend celebration hosts a diverse group of artists including, dancers, singers, musicians, activists, and DJs to celebrate diversity and equality of the LGBT community locally and globally.
Catalina's Pride Celebration headliner: PULP VIXEN, This southern California all girls cover band has taken to Wrigley Stage in the past, as well as regular gigs at Downtown Disney and Pala Casino.
DJ ASHA is Catalina Pride Emcee DJ Asha hails from London but is a permanent fixture in LA and Orange County as our 4-year host.
Other live performances included KINGQUEEN, DJ Annalyze, and DJ Davy.
Also returning are the volunteers of Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange County chapters of American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
In celebration of Pride, the Catalina Island Casino will be lit in vibrant rainbow of colors to showcase Catalina’s love and support for the LGBTQ+ community.
