Spectacular views of the harbor, ocean and Avalon from this beautiful three level house built on the hillside of Avalon. Featuring three large balconies and a large top deck patio with barbecue grill, plus tables and chairs for eight people to relax and enjoy the mountain view.

Enter on the street level and you will find the main living area with lots of windows, light, and views of the harbor, the living room includes a fireplace (gas assisted wood burning), the dining room, and a 3/4 bathroom. The kitchen features a breakfast table with French doors opening to a balcony with outdoor table and harbor views as well.

Walk down 15 steps to the next level and find the primary bedroom suite with full bath and small private deck, as well as two additional bedrooms and another full bath.

Walk down 15 more steps and walk through a sitting room to the fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed, 3/4 bath. This bottom level includes a private entrance and private balcony, plus washer/dryer are also on this level. A total of 2198 SQ feet. 130MT

This property offers a complimentary 4-seater golf cart.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3-night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

This was a lovely place to stay for a 40th birthday trip with friends and family! The home is older, but overall really great place to stay. Clean, and the beds were comfortable. The golf cart provided was very convenient and a great perk. The host was responsive and had maintenance available within an hour with there was a minor issue with the golf cart and one of the toilets. Got everything up and running! Would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent place to stay in a beautiful island town. This house was a place we visited when I was a kid and it was great to see that it had been taken care of and was still a comfy home with a great view of Avalon. The house had plenty items in the kitchen to use and was overall well outfitted for our stay. The company was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to questions or requests. Super nice staff. Overall a great place to stay.

Location + golf cart was perfect! We had three boys with us and all had space to relax and unwind. Only hiccup was it was a very cold weekend and the heat was slow to come on, so the first night was a little chilly, but it seemed to sort itself out. Communication with property management was very easy as their location is centrally located near the main road in Avalon.

The house had a beautiful view of Avalon harbor and was well located for walking into town. The stairs down are pretty steep, but the provided golf cart made trips to Vons easy. The inside is a bit dated but well kept and clean and there's a ton of space. There was plenty of hot water except for on the last day when everyone showered at the same time, but even then it was not unpleasant. We loved our stay, thank you so much!

This property has everything you would want for a fun weekend in Avalon. The views are spectacular and having a golf cart with it was a huge bonus for our golf event. Also, the walk to town down the hill is not that bad at all. I would highly recommend and would be happy to stay here again on our next Catalina trip.

Our family enjoyed our stay so much , the only scary part was the unlatched living room windows in a home that was listed as family friendly . With small children it was terrifying but we loved it and stayed on top of it at all times. The home was great, the view spectacular and the use of the golf cart made our stay so much fun and easy for us to go to the beach and grocery store.

We loved staying here: the Avalon Bay view was fabulous, and we were only a short walk from the harbor. It was so convenient having the golf cart to use as well. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we cooked our meal there and enjoyed the view. The living room windows need some TLC, both maintenance as well as cleaning, to show off the magnificent view. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

What a great place! Perfect view for spectacular photos. The 4 bathrooms ensured zero wait time for 4 couples and the walk to town is very short- even though you can take the golf cart. Would definitely stay again! **VRBO GUEST**

Our experience at this property was great. The management company was very helpful and informative. The view of Avalon Harbor was amazing. It was an easy walk down the stairs to the main strip of shops and restaurants at the waters edge. I would definitely recommend this property. **VRBO GUEST**

We had a group of adults and kids and we stayed for the weekend. The property was perfect for our group of 8 and that view! You just could not beat it. The location had a golf cart but we also used the public stairs to get right into downtown quickly. The whole transaction was easy and the mgmt company was very accomodating. This was our 8th year booking this house through CIVR and they are always courteous and helpful. We have already booked again next year for our annual ladies weekend. Great, comfortable home for our group of 6. Although the home comes with a 4-person golf cart (which we did use), it's an enjoyable, short walk to central Avalon via a staircase that serves the neighborhood. House is well appointed and comfortable, and offers a stunning view of the harbor and downtown Avalon from multiple places throughout the home. Only downside was that the water for showers never got hot, but lukewarm at best. This was the case in multiple bathrooms for multiple days, including for those who took a first shower. I suspect something's up with the water heater, whether intentionally (too keep showers short) or not. Wasn't really an issue for us, and we would choose this home again for future visits. **VRBO GUEST**

The whole house was comfortable and nicely accommodating for our group of eight. The golf cart was great transportation, and the hike up the steep stairs from downtown to the house was also fun.
The only problem we had was with the front door key entry. It was painfully difficult, and each time but once, took us multiple tries to unlock. **VRBO GUEST**
