Welcome to 322 Sumner - Avalon Cottage

This charming, cozy beach cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1.75 bath and sleeps 6 (maximum allowed by City regulations). Bedrooms have full size (XL) beds with a full size sofa sleeper and futon in the living room. There's a 26-inch flat panel TV and DVD player, an iHome for listening to your iPod player, and a fully equipped kitchen for your enjoyment. This unit is clean, comfortable and has an inviting front porch where you can sit and watch the world go by. Free WiFi.

No smoking, please.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

Super quaint property. I love that the sleeping quarters are spread out throughout the home giving privacy to everyone. This property is walking distance to all things in town and so convenient to be close to the grocery store. The neighborhood was quiet as well.

We absolutely love this place ,cutest house super clean had every amenity you could possibly need
only a block and a 1/2 from the beach, 1/2 block to grocery store..sleeps six but you could easily fit more than that
when we go back we will stay there again!
