French doors open onto the wrap around balcony from both the living space and the primary bedroom allowing the ocean breezes to flow throughout the villa. The living room sports a large screen TV with WI Fi throughout the unit. BBQ enthusiasts can enjoy the propane bbq on the patio deck while taking in the beautiful ocean views! Use of new concierge 6 person golf cart and full laundry room is included.

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August).
There is no air conditioning available for this property.

First off I want to say that this place is worth every penny! My group had a BLAST staying at the Hamilton Cove resort, especially in this specific spot. It’s located at the end of the resort and what seems to be the highest level. It came with its own golf cart which made everything so easy when exploring the island. The home itself was clean and we were even allowed to check in a little earlier than expected!! The view alone should be the selling point for this place but the exclusivity and the serene quietness is what makes this place a perfect spot for a much needed getaway. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone trying to relax and enjoy a nice vacation.

Beautiful views, spacious interior and nicely decorated are the best parts of this villa. Mostly plastic dishware and glassware was the worst part of it. It is a great unit for two couples or a family with children. Plenty of space and the wash room is inside! Hannah at Hamilton Cove is perfection-patient, kind, and knowledgeable! We will definitely be back to Hamilton Cove and this unit! Thank you!
